Welcome to the Laxus FAQ page. Below you’ll find answers to some of the most common questions we receive.


1. When will my order be shipped?

We aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


2. How long does delivery take?

For UK customers, delivery typically takes 3–4 business days after your order has been dispatched.


3. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all orders within the United Kingdom.


4. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only deliver within the UK. We're working on expanding our shipping zones in the near future.


5. How do I return an item?

You can return any eligible item within 30 days of delivery. Returns are free, and there are no restocking fees. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and not marked as final sale.

6. How will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method. Please allow a few working days for the funds to appear in your account.


7. Can I exchange an item?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.


8. What items are non-returnable?

9. I received a faulty or incorrect item. What should I do?
