These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) set out the conditions under which we supply products to you through our website https://laxus.myshopify.com. By placing an order with Laxus, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We are a UK-based retailer offering goods for sale online.

2. Ordering from Us

  • You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

  • Orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

  • Once you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.

  • A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT, where applicable.

  • We make every effort to ensure prices are correct at the time of listing. If we discover an error, we will inform you before processing your order.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the available payment options at checkout.

4. Delivery

  • Handling time: 1–2 business days

  • UK Delivery time: 3–4 business days

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. Returns and Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order and return products within 30 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

  • Returns are free of charge.

  • No restocking fees apply.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and not marked as final sale.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange for a replacement or refund in line with your consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Title and Risk

Ownership of the goods passes to you once full payment is received. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Laxus is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability in respect of any order is limited to the purchase price of the goods.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
